A travel-size mini of an award-winning and highly concentrated toner that is hailed as “glass skin” in a bottle. Its formula combines Rice Bran Extract and Niacinamide, working together to improve uneven skin tone and enhance overall skin brightness. For those with dry and dehydrated skin, it's recommended to layer the product at least twice onto the skin to maximise hydration. The TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner has undergone hypoallergenic testing, ensuring its suitability for all skin types.

1. Apply after cleansing
2. Pour a small amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads
3. Pat gently into the skin if using hands. If using cotton pads, wipe your skin with them.
This toner was nice and hydrating. It didn’t cause any irritation but I didn’t see a huge different in my redness.
It left my skin feeling sticky, and I don't like products with fragrance.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
