What is the Skin Cupid Loyalty Programme and how does it work?
The Skin Cupid Loyalty Programme is our way to say thank you to our beloved cherubs for their love and support.
When you create an account on our website you are automatically enrolled into our programme and can start enjoying the benefits.
You can earn points for different activities, including referring friends and making purchases. You can then use your points to earn discounts on purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Furthermore, the more you shop with us, the greater the perks you'll enjoy!
To check all the benefits and perks you get click the “Tiers” tab in the menu.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in two different ways:
1. Earning Points as a Loyalty Programme Member:
As a member of our Loyalty Programme, you can earn points every time you place an order with us.
In addition to that, when you sign up for our Loyalty Programme, you'll receive a warm welcome with a bonus of 200 points! It's our way of saying thank you for being a part of our community.
2. Bonus Points Opportunities:
We've created a few extra ways for you to earn more points:
- Subscribe to our mailing list: Stay in the loop with our latest updates and promotions and earn an extra 50 points.
- Happy birthday: Let us know your birthday and we will send you a dedicated gift to celebrate your special day.
- Follow us on social media: Connect with us on Instagram and TikTok, and you'll earn 20 extra points.
- Refer a friend: Spread the love and get rewarded when your friend places an order at Skin Cupid.

What can I do with my points?
Convert your points into discounts for immediate savings at checkout.
For Angels and Cupids, you can also exchange them for vouchers to use later.
Choose from three distinct vouchers:
- £5 (Redeemable with 450 points)
- £10 (Redeemable with 800 points)
- £15 (Redeemable with 1200 points)
By trading your points for vouchers, you maximise their value, as the more points you have the better value you get for them.
How do the tiers work?
When you join our Loyalty Programme, you start at the Cherubs level. As you shop with us, you move up tiers, unlocking better benefits and more perks!
When you spend £300 with us, you move to the Angels tier and you can stay there for up to 12 months. If you spend £600 in total (£300 more while in Angels), you can move to the Cupids tier.
Upon reaching the Cupids tier, you'll unlock exclusive perks like special offers and the chance to participate in exclusive VIP events.
If after 12 months in a tier, your spending goes down, you may move down tiers depending on the threshold defined.
To make this clearer, let’s see an example:
You join our Loyalty Programme today and start as a Cherub. You make a few orders in the next 8 months and spend £300, moving up to Angels. With a new tier, your clock restarts so you only need to spend another £300 to become a Cupid. In your 12 months as an Angel, you spend another £300, and you become a Cupid. You can stay as a Cupid for 12 months. In order to continue being a Cupid for the following 12 months, you have to spend £600. If you spend less than £600, you will become an Angel. Similarly, if you spend less than £300, you will start again as a Cherub.
Do my points expire?
Yes, any unused points will expire after 12 months.
Do all orders qualify for points accumulation?
You'll accumulate points on orders placed under your Skin Cupid account that is enrolled into the Loyalty Programme. Orders created as a guest, prior to joining the programme or under a different account, unfortunately, do not qualify for points.
Please note that cancelled, refunded or returned orders will not qualify for points. Points are earned on the final purchase amount after all adjustments.
How do I view my point balance?
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the Loyalty Programme page when you are logged in.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called *Rewards*. There you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
I created an order and it is completed but my points are not reflected in my Loyalty Programme account. Why?
Please note that points will be reflected in your Loyalty Programme account if you create your order while logged in to your existing Skin Cupid account.
If you create an order as a guest or with a different account, points related to those orders will not be reflected or accumulated.
Please note that sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
What do the 'Approved', 'Pending' and 'Cancelled' statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Once verified these points will either be changed to Approved or Cancelled depending on the case
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
