Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside of the UK.

We are working with world-class international couriers, but there can be delays that are out of our control, such as customs processing times in your specific country. If you have issues with your order, please send us an email and we will try our best to help.
Skin Cupid ships all the orders from the UK, and therefore parcels may be subject to additional customs and taxes upon entry to your destination country. Skin Cupid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please note that shipping times are impacted by customs processing times in your specific country that are out of Skin Cupid's control. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand may take longer than 10 working days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will provide you with a refund with the shipping fee deducted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will cover the postage to send the goods back.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return postage fee will not be covered by Skin Cupid, unless the product is damaged or wrongly sent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customers are encouraged to look at the ingredient list carefully to ensure they are not allergic to anything. If you are unsure, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our dedicated team will do our best to help you choose suitable products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept items that are opened and used.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
