What is the Skin Cupid Rewards Programme and how does it work?
The Skin Cupid Rewards Programme is our way to say thank you to our beloved cherubs for their love and support.
When you create an account on our website you are automatically enrolled into our programme and can start enjoying the benefits.
You can earn points for different activities, including referring friends and making purchases. You can then use your points to earn discounts on purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in two different ways:
1. Earning Points as a Loyalty Programme Member:
As a member of our Loyalty Programme, you can earn points every time you place an order with us.
In addition to that, when you sign up for our Loyalty Programme, you'll receive a warm welcome with a bonus of 200 points! It's our way of saying thank you for being a part of our community.
2. Bonus Points Opportunities:
We've created a few extra ways for you to earn more points:
- Subscribe to our mailing list: Stay in the loop with our latest updates and promotions and earn an extra 50 points.
- Happy birthday: Let us know your birthday and we will send you a dedicated gift to celebrate your special day.
- Follow us on social media: Connect with us on Instagram and TikTok, and you'll earn 20 extra points.
- Refer a friend: Spread the love and get rewarded when your friend places an order at Skin Cupid.

What can I do with my points?
Convert your points into discounts for immediate savings at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Yes, any unused points will expire after 12 months.
Do all orders qualify for points accumulation?
You'll accumulate points on orders placed under your Skin Cupid account.
Please note that cancelled, refunded or returned orders will not qualify for points. Points are earned on the final purchase amount after all adjustments.
How do I view my point balance?
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the Loyalty Programme page when you are logged in.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called *Rewards*. There you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a product reward. You can also redeem your points for a discount directly at checkout.
I created an order and it is completed but my points are not reflected in my Loyalty Programme account. Why?
Points are awarded for orders after your order has completed and been delivered.
Please note that sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
