Panthenol: Panthenol holds and binds to water, keeping essential moisture locked into your skin, as well as promoting wound healing.

Sugarcane Extract: A natural source of Glycolic Acid, Sugarcane Extract helps to gently slough off dead skin cells and reduce inflammation, as well as stimulating collagen and hyaluronic acid synthesis for plumper, bouncier skin.

1. Squeeze a small amount of product into your hands, or onto cotton pads.
2. If using your hands, pat the toner softly onto the skin on your face and neck. If using cotton pads, gently wipe your face with them.
