The main active ingredients are all anti-ageing superstars, Retinol, Retinal, and Bakuchiol. With a unique formula that penetrates deep into the skin, this serum helps to prevent skin sagging, even out skin texture, and soothe the irritated skin. With a gentle and light-weight formula, this serum is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

This serum cannot be used together with  Vitamin C, AHA or BHA.

How To Use

  1. Apply after cleansing, toning, and essence.

Nice gentle retinol. I see results without it drying out my sensitive skin. I recommend only using 2-3 times a week.

Terrible customer service, great product lost in post.

Skin Cupid have changed their packaging, didn't seal the box, and it was delivered empty. Slow responses, and no help, instead saying thart I have to make a complaint with Royal Mail. Even when I have photos showing the box wasn't sealed. Not going to order from here again.

I like the product it self, makes my skin feels super soft and moisturised. But it feel like I got almost empty bottle very unsatisfied with it considering how much it cost.

Great product

I have used retinol before so my skin didn't need much of an introductory to it so I use it twice a week and it's such a gentle retinol, I really do like it and I've actually noticed a difference to some lines I have on my forehead! I'm definitely keeping it in my routine.

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
