Apply these patches after cleansing your skin, in either the morning or the evening.

1. Ensure skin is dry after cleansing.
2. Apply the patch(es) to the troubled area(s) of your skin. Tap it 2-3 times to secure it in place, but avoid rubbing it. Continue with the rest of your usual skincare routine.
3. Leave on overnight or throughout the day. The patch should turn white over time.
4. In the morning or before you begin your evening skincare routine, gently peel off the patch and discard.
5. Follow with your morning or evening skincare routine.

I was sceptical of irritation, but it worked liked a miracle lol. Used on a new pimple and noticed that the whole process after had no redness and was pretty minimal.

I have used these successfully a couple of times. I will keep purchasing them. It doesn't make the spot go away overnight, but it does reduce the inflammation / the spot goes away much quicker. I have to be very careful when choosing products because I have ME/CFS and also MCAS. These are a "clean" product. Very pleased with them.
