After cleansing, toning, and treating your skin with active products, take time out for this sheet mask.

1. Remove the sheet mask from its packaging and apply the top half of the mask to the upper portion of your face.
2. Next, apply the bottom half, hooking over your ears to secure.
3. Finally, align the lifting band with your chin and overlap the ends on top of your head to secure.
4. Leave on for 20 minutes, then remove and discard.
5. Follow with the moisturiser of your choice.
