At its heart is PHA (Gluconolactone) at a disclosed 5% concentration, a gentle acid that works at the skin's surface to loosen and clear away dead skin cells, leaving your complexion looking visibly smoother, brighter and better prepared for everything that follows.

Where this toner really earns its place is in its approach to hydration. Rather than relying on a single moisturising agent, it features a seven-form hyaluronic acid system, with each form designed to work at a different depth, helping your skin appear more plump, bouncy and thoroughly hydrated.

Supporting the formula are Tremella Fuciformis (Snow Mushroom) Extract, a botanically-derived humectant celebrated for its ability to help skin hold on to moisture and appear supple, and Panthenol, which helps to comfort and condition the skin's surface. Together, they work in step with the PHA, keeping skin feeling comfortable and conditioned through the exfoliating step.

How to use EPII New Skin Toner (145ml)

After cleansing, apply this toner as the very first step in your skincare routine to smooth and hydrate your skin before layering anything else.

1. Dispense a small amount of toner onto a cotton pad or into the palm of your hand.

2. If using a cotton pad, sweep gently across the face and neck in light, circular motions. If using your hands, press and pat the toner gently into the skin until fully absorbed.

3. Start with once a day, or every other day, to allow your skin to adjust to the PHA. Gradually increase frequency based on how your skin responds.

4. Layer the rest of your skincare routine as usual once the toner has been absorbed.

5. If using in the morning, always follow with a broad-spectrum SPF as part of your routine.

Caution: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. As this product contains an exfoliating acid (PHA), daily use of sunscreen is recommended.
