How often should I use the device?

For best results, use it every day for up to 10 minutes. Avoid using it for longer, as it may irritate your skin. Everyone may feel different sensations, so please adjust the usage time based on your comfort levels.

How much moisturiser do I need to apply to the device?

It's recommended to apply a generous layer of gel to the desired area, as well as a small amount on the roller heads of the device. If you don't feel any stimulation, try using more gel. If you find the strength of the device to be too weak or too strong, adjust the amount of gel you are using.

How can I clean the device after use?

After use, wipe down the roller heads with a wet wipe or cotton pads. Store the item in a dry area.

Can I use the device during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

How do I charge the device?
