How to use

Enjoy professional-level skincare in the comfort of your own home with MEDICUBE’s AGE-R Booster Pro, a 6-in-1 total-care device that uses the latest skincare technology to help you achieve your skin goals. With four easy-to-use modes, it uses electroporation, microcurrents, EMS, electric needles, LED, and sonic vibrations to improve skincare absorption, boost radiance, firmness, and elasticity, and minimise the appearance of pores.

You can use the device in one of four ways after applying your favourite serum and moisturiser (no need for a conductive gel!):

Booster mode (Electroporation): The Booster mode uses Electroporation to create temporary passageways into the skin and allow active skincare ingredients to penetrate deeper for maximum, glow-boosting effectiveness. Studies show this mode to increase skin permeability.

MC mode (Microcurrents): The MC mode helps to volumise and plump up the skin, softening the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. Studies show this mode improves forehead volume and helps soften the appearance of wrinkles.

Derma Shot mode (EMS): The Derma Shot mode helps to firm and define skin by stimulating the facial muscles with mid-frequency EMS.

Air Shot mode (Electric needles): The Air Shot mode helps to improve pore elasticity by creating non-damaging passageways into the skin with electric needles.

Choose the mode that best caters to your specific skincare concerns.

This device also uses 5 types of LED to achieve different skin goals.

Blue LED has a wavelength range of 455-492nm and helps with pore care and sebum control.

Orange LED has a wavelength range of 597-622nm and helps to brighten skin and boost radiance.

Green LED has a wavelength range of 492-577nm and helps to increase skin volume.

Red LED has a wavelength range of 622-780nm and helps to encourage greater skin elasticity.

Purple LED has a wavelength range of 390-455nm and helps to improve the absorption of active skincare ingredients.

Note: These LED colours are preset according to the mode in which you are using the device.

This device is equipped with a skin contact sensor that emits LED light only when it touches the skin. It is suitable for all skin types.

How To Use

To turn on the device, press and hold the button for more than two seconds. Shortly press the mode button to change between modes. To change the strength level, briefly press the power button. Start at level 1 and increase the strength as your skin gets used to it.

Avoid using the device on the Adam's Apple, wounds, and areas that have recently been subject to surgical procedures.

For Air Shot Mode:

Use on clean, dry skin 2-3 times a week.

Ensure the head of the device is fully in contact with the skin surface. Move the device in sweeping motions, moving from the inside of the face outwards. Use for 5 minutes at a time.

For Booster Mode:

Use on clean skin 1-2 times a day.

After cleansing, follow your regular skincare routine by applying serums and moisturisers evenly across your face.

Ensure the head of the device is in contact with the skin surface. Roll the device over skin in a circular motion, moving from the inside of the face outwards. Use for 5-10 minutes at a time.

For MC Mode:

Use on clean skin 1-2 times a day.

After cleansing, follow your regular skincare routine by applying serums and moisturisers evenly across your face.

Ensure the head of the device is fully in contact with the skin surface. Roll the device over skin using upward motions, moving from the inside of the face outwards. Use for 5-10 minutes at a time.

For Derma Shot Mode:

Use on clean skin 1-2 times a day.

After cleansing, follow your regular skincare routine by applying serums and moisturisers evenly across your face.

Ensure the head of the device is fully in contact with the skin surface. Slowly draw circles or massage your face with the device, moving from the inside of the face outwards. Pause for 1-2 seconds on areas you particularly wish to target. Use for 5-10 minutes at a time.

Seeing the difference slowly

i’ve been using AGE-R Booster Pro and like how advanced it feels compared to typical skincare tools. It combines multiple functions so it targets things like absorption, elasticity, and overall skin texture in one device. I love the booster mode—it helps my serums absorb better and gives my skin a more hydrated, glowy look. The different modes also make it feel customizable depending on what my skin needs that day. It’s not instant, but with consistent use, my skin looks smoother and more refreshed.

To early to tell if it works

Skin Cupid was flawless as always. Not 100% convinced on the medicube app but time will tell if it’s money well spent.

A few use, visible results

So I bought this device because I've had micro-current treatments done in the past a few years ago that costed me hundreds, I wanted to see if this was the same thing, it was and better, as it offered 4 different treatments, different intensity levels and LED all in 1 hand helf cute pink device!? Sounded too good to be true . However after only a few uses I can see my skin visibly tighter and clearer, looking less tired agter using the product the way Melody advised by placing a toner pad on the skin and using the booster mode to absorb the max amount into the skin.

Looking forward to seeing what effect it has in a couple more weeks of use.

Need to be consistent and patient

So I looked at this for months and did a lot of research. I already have the Theraface and Nuface but just didn’t have the patience to keep using the thick conductive gel. This device is great as you can just use with your normal skincare. I haven’t seen my facial muscles twitch with the other devices but have with the Derma shot mode and noticed the difference in my forehand quickly. My skin also glows after I’ve used the booster mode. Battery life is great and you can download the app to put it with your phone where you can control it and look at different routines. Highly recommend!
