About the COSRX Skin Barrier Moisturising Body Cream (450ml)

Meet the body cream that brings facial-skincare standards to your whole body. COSRX's Skin Barrier Moisturising Body Cream is a richly nourishing yet lightweight formula built around five types of ceramides (NP, NS, AP, AS and EOP), working together to visibly reinforce your skin's natural barrier and deliver long-lasting moisture where it's needed most.

What sets this cream apart is its lipid-balanced blend of ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids (stearic and palmitic acid), designed to closely mirror the natural structure of healthy skin. A multi-weight hyaluronic acid blend draws moisture in at multiple levels, while glycerin, betaine and sodium PCA add further humectant support, keeping your skin feeling comfortable and hydrated long after application.

The texture is cloud-soft and buttery, absorbing quickly without any greasy residue, making it an easy fit into both morning and evening routines. Dermatologist-tested and non-comedogenic, it works beautifully on both face and body. Users report visible relief from dryness-related discomfort, with moisture that lasts well beyond application. Suitable for Cherubs of all skin types, with particular care for those with dry, sensitive or moisture-depleted skin.

It’s Skin Cupid approved because…

…this rich yet lightweight cream improves dryness-related itching and provides up to 100 hours of hydration after just one use*

Ingredients in COSRX Skin Barrier Moisturising Body Cream (450ml)

5-Ceramide Complex (NP, NS, AP, AS, EOP):** Five distinct ceramide types that help to visibly reinforce your skin's natural lipid barrier, reducing the appearance of dryness and improving the look of resilience over time.

Hyaluronic Acid (multi-weight complex):** A blend of sodium hyaluronate, hydrolysed hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer and hyaluronic acid, working at different levels to attract and hold moisture in, leaving skin looking and feeling plumper and more resilient.

**Panthenol (Vitamin B5):** A well-loved soothing ingredient that helps to visibly calm and soften, particularly useful for skin that feels sensitised or rough to the touch.

**Cholesterol and Fatty Acids (Stearic and Palmitic Acid):** Lipids that work alongside Ceramides to help rebuild and visibly strengthen the skin barrier.

**Tocopherol (Vitamin E):** An antioxidant that helps to protect the skin's surface from the effects of everyday environmental stressors.
