I started looking for a CC/BB cream this Spring after my usual foundation started looking weird/textual on my face and sinking into my fine lines. I also wanted something a bit lighter for summer but I have redness on my cheeks (kprf) that I'm really self conscious about and when I tried using CC/BB creams a few years back they were too sheer and the redness came through so I went back to a full face of foundation.

I tried this and its amazing, just a bit on my fingertips covers my whole cheek and hides the redness and I also use it on my forehead and chin to even them out. I use it every day now and haven't touched my foundation since I bought it. The redness has now reduced so much I can see individual red veins rather than a massive patch of redness, if that makes sense. Kprf /rosacea girlies will know what I mean.

A couple of things about application - it doesn't sit well over my Blithe mushroom serum so I tend to skip serum in the morning and go straight from essence to moisturiser but that's true of my foundation as well so it may be the serum's fault. It does go well with Mixsoon bean spf though and layers nicely over the top with no separation.

I'll be using this all summer and recommend

I’m liking this CC Red corrector, it covers my redness but doesn’t cover my acne fully. The bumps are still visible up close but from a far it seems to make my skin look smooth without noticing the difference. A little goes a long way, work like a foundation base.

I really like this CC Red Correct, it evens out the skin tone without the feeling of a heavy foundation. It is a light cream with nice scent and green colour. As soon as you blend it into skin, it adapts to your skin colour and makes it look nice and fresh. Keep in mind that it is not matte, but rather a bit dewy. Additionally, it doesn't fully cover acne or inflamed red acne, if you have it. It cools it down, but it is still visible. It did not cause any irritation or additional acne in my case.
