About the ROUND LAB Birch Juice Mild-Up Sunscreen (50ml)

Round Lab's Birch Juice UVLock Mild-Up Sunscreen is a 100% mineral sunscreen with a soft, semi-matte finish and a subtle brightening effect, built around Zinc Oxide as its sole UV filter. For those who prefer mineral protection or find chemical filters irritating, it's an alternative that doesn't ask you to compromise on how your skin looks or feels.

Birch Juice, Round Lab's hero ingredient from the birch forests of the Korean Peninsula, forms the hydrating foundation of the formula. Light and mineral-rich, it works alongside Sodium Hyaluronate to support the appearance of comfortable, hydrated skin throughout the day, preventing the dry or tight feeling that mineral sunscreens can sometimes leave behind.

Artemisia Annua Extract and Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil add a soothing quality to the formula, helping to keep the appearance of skin calm and settled, particularly useful for sensitive or easily irritated skin under daily sun exposure. Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate supports the appearance of a balanced, healthy-looking skin surface, adding a quiet skin-quality dimension to what is primarily a protective formula.

The texture is lightweight and spreads smoothly without heaviness or a chalky residue. It leaves a soft, semi-matte finish with enough of a brightening effect to visibly even the appearance of skin tone, making it comfortable to wear alone or layered under makeup. Suitable for Cherubs of all skin types, particularly sensitive, oily and combination skin.

It's Skin Cupid approved because…

…it combines gentle, mineral-based UV protection with soothing skincare benefits, helping to calm sensitive skin while forming a moisture-locking barrier that keeps skin hydrated throughout the day.

Ingredients in ROUND LAB Birch Juice Mild-Up Sunscreen (50ml)

Zinc Oxide (100% Mineral UV Filter): The sole UV filter in this formula, Zinc Oxide sits on the surface of the skin to physically deflect UVA and UVB rays rather than absorbing them. As a mineral filter it provides broad-spectrum protection immediately upon application, and is generally considered well-tolerated by sensitive and reactive skin types.

Birch Juice (Betula Platyphylla Japonica Juice): Round Lab's founding hero ingredient, sourced from the birch forests of the Korean Peninsula. Light, mineral-rich and hydrating, it works to support the appearance of soft, comfortable skin throughout wear and counterbalances the drying effect that some mineral sunscreens can have.

Sodium Hyaluronate: A form of hyaluronic acid that helps maintain the appearance of hydrated, plump-looking skin. Particularly useful in a mineral sunscreen context where maintaining moisture comfort throughout the day is part of the formula's brief.

Artemisia Annua Extract and Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil: Two botanicals with known soothing properties that work together to help keep the appearance of skin calm and settled under daily UV exposure. A considered inclusion for a formula designed with sensitive skin in mind.

Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate: A ferment-derived ingredient valued in Korean skincare for its ability to support the appearance of a balanced, healthy-looking skin surface. It adds a quiet skin-quality dimension to the formula over consistent use.
