No. Booking just makes life easier. A ticket guarantees your tote bag and gets you into the Fast Track lane so you skip the main queue. Walk-ins are always welcome, you'll just join the main queue and pick up your tote bag on the day, subject to availability.

Your £15 ticket is redeemed for our limited edition Jeju tote bag on the day, pre-filled with 5 deluxe minis and a full-size Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Drop Serum worth £28. It also gets you a time slot in the Fast Track lane.

One ticket admits one person. If you're coming together, book your friend their own slot so you both get a tote bag and skip the queue.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If we have to cancel a session, we'll email you to offer a rebooked slot or a full refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Your confirmation email, with your name on it. Bring photo ID too, as we may need to check the name matches your booking.

Please arrive a few minutes before your slot. We can't admit anyone to Fast Track more than 5 minutes after their slot time, but you're very welcome to join the main queue instead.

Every tote bag comes pre-packed with 5 deluxe minis from brands we stock, so there's no swapping. We've made sure they're crowd-pleasers.

Yes. A flat 20% comes off the products we are selling at the pop-up, no code needed. It's not available online and can't be combined with other offers.

Take a photo at our photo moment, post it to Instagram and tag @skincupid.official, then show a member of the team. One per person, while stocks last.

Three of our four stops are open-air, so dress for the weather because we'll be there come rain or shine. We'd only pause or close if conditions became a safety risk, and we'd email ticket holders if that happened.
