After spending years building our online following and customer base, we have some very exciting news to share with you – Skin Cupid has gone offline! On 26 September 2025, the first Skin Cupid flagship store officially opened to the public – you can find us on the corner of Charing Cross Road and Manette Street, just 3 minutes from Tottenham Court Road station.

This is such a huge moment for us and the Skin Cupid community – it’s amazing to think of how far we’ve come in the short space of just 5 years. And of course, we’re so thrilled to welcome all of you to the store – from those shoppers who have been supporting us since the beginning, to newcomers who are eager to learn what exactly it is that makes Korean skincare so fantastic. 

Whether you’re travelling from out of town or from Zone 1, we’ve put together this rundown of some of the store’s key features and events, so that you know everything you need in order to make the most of your visit to us!

What you can expect

We’ve built our store to be a destination in itself, with a striking statement ceiling featuring original artwork, premium finishes, and details shaped in part by feedback from the Skin Cupid social media community (thank you!). Products can be found by brand and are also laid out step by step, so that you get to experience the same intuitive, educational shopping experience found in Korea’s trendsetting retail spaces – now brought to London for the very first time!

While you get to explore and test an extensive selection of Korean skincare and makeup, Skin Cupid’s specially trained team brings to life what the brand is most celebrated for online – education. With step-by-step guidance through the world-famous 10-step K-Beauty routine, staff will demystify products, routines, and ingredients with the same clarity and care you’ve come to expect as part of our digital community, giving every visitor the knowledge and confidence they need to fall in love with skincare.

What we have in stock

Our flagship features over 60 Korean beauty brands – from viral sensations to under-the-radar gems – including MEDICUBE, ANUA, Dr. ALTHEA, DASIQUE, BEAUTY OF JOSEON, and TIRTIR. The line-up also includes celebrated exclusive brands such as UNOVE, MA:NYO, S.NATURE, PARNELL, and MUZIGAE MANSION, making our store the only physical destination in the UK where you can discover them in person!

Introducing: Cupid World

Dedicated to enriching traditional beauty retail with innovative immersive experiences, our flagship store also features Cupid World – a loyalty-members-only zone designed to surprise and delight customers with prize-winning games, exclusive gifts, Instagrammable installations, and curated workshops.

With certain in-store spends, members of our loyalty program will receive a physical Cupid coin that they can either use on our in-store claw machine for the chance to win a free skincare goodie, or save to splurge on a bigger prize. 

The spending thresholds for our various loyalty tiers are as follows:

• For Cherubs: £40 or more
• For Angels: £30 or more
• For Cupids: £20 or more 

If you’re not already a member of our loyalty scheme, there’s no need to stress! If you spend over £40 in store, you can simply sign up to our loyalty scheme via email and get a chance to play with just a few clicks – our staff on the tills will tell you more!
