Kaolin further absorbs excess oil and impurities, leaving your skin refreshed and tightened. The mask also contains soothing and hydrating ingredients like Centella Asiatica Extract, Tea Tree Leaf Water, and Heartleaf Extract to deliver moisture and balance your skin's oil levels.

With a soft, ice-cream-like texture, it's easy to apply to and spread evenly across your face. Free from 20 harmful ingredients and tested for skin irritation, this mask is safe for use on sensitive skin and suitable for all skin types.

How To Use

  1. Use after cleansing.

  2. Apply a thick layer of the mask evenly onto the skin, avoiding the eye area.

  3. Leave on for 10-15 minutes (make sure to not let it dry completely).

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
