The Dr Ceuracle Pro-balance Cleansing Foam is a luxurious brightening and hydrating foaming cleanser that gently removes impurities whilst replenishing the skin's moisture barrier with Hyaluronic acid, which is well-known for its ability to retain the skin's moisture. The formula also contains 5 Probiotic Complex to keep acne-causing bacteria in check, balance the skin’s pH levels, and aid in strengthening the skin barrier.

Feel my skin is clean after using this one

I'm not sure if I love it. Doing its job. Feel that I no more need any extra piling etc. My skin is spotless, but now I feel like I have to use extra lotions after.

General Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skincupid.co.uk and we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be covering the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
